Here’s the man accused in Tuesday morning’s shooting at an apartment on Central Avenue in Augusta.
Troy Leon Geter is wanted for aggravated assault and weapon possession in connection with the 10 a.m. shooting on the 2100 block of Central Avenue.
Authorities released few details on the shooting. But WRDW-TV is quoting investigators at the scene as saying there was an altercation between two men in a top apartment. The victim was reportedly shot in the foot and was taken to the hospital where he is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Geter should be considered armed and dangerous and is possibly occupying a white in color Dodge Charger with an unknown tag.
