Tisa Marie Cullum, 52, was charged with theft by taking.
The victim said he hires Cullum and her sister to clean his home every two weeks. On Sept. 24, he noticed that the pile of mail in a kitchen basket had been rearranged and a scratch-off lottery ticket was missing. He also went upstairs into his son’s closet and discovered $420 cash and a Target gift card missing from a clear plastic piggy bank.
The victim terminated the cleaning ladies and filed a sheriff’s report.
Cullum was arrested after an investigation.
