Please help identify this cell phone thief from the Grovetown Walmart.
Authorities say it appears the young man took a Boost Mobile cell phone from the electronics area, traveled to the Sporting Goods area with the phone, and returned to the Electronics area with the box. He later left with the phone.
The adults are presumed to be his guardians, who did not appear to know of the theft.
